The Pascack Pi-oneers mentor the FIRST Lego League (FLL) teams from our four sending districts during their season, on a daily basis.  Below are the teams that we mentor.

• Lego Techs (Woodcliff Lake)

Our FIRST Lego League Teams' members meet after school to discuss strategy and to build their Lego robot. Using Lego Mindstorms NXT, the teams build the robot and program it. The programming is contest-specific, meaning that it will be able to undertake a specific challenge at competition. The Lego Mindstorms NXT allows the students to build a robot out of Legos, connect it to a mainframe and program it to complete a certain series of tasks. After building the robot, the teams go to competitions and put their robots to the test. "The competitions were a lot of fun," a former teammate said, "They were always the highlight of the season."
