Awards:

The Awards Sub-Division of the Non-Technical Division is responsible for writing all award submissions. As a team, we collectively work to use vivid vocabulary and a formal, technical writing style to describe ourselves. The awards that we submit for include Chairman’s, which is the most prestigious honor awarded by FIRST, Woodie Flower’s, which awards a mentor who has had an exceptional influence on the team and students, and Entrepreneurship, which states our goals and objectives for the coming build season. Throughout the years, we have won all of these awards on the regional level and we hope to continue our success in this coming competition season.

Tips for Rookies:
1. Clearly and concisely state your point without exceeding the word limit.
2. Always keep in mind the topic of the essay to assure that you stay on track. 
3. Always try to write using strong vocabulary and correct grammar.
